Nadav Tomer is a global medtech executive and board director with a passion for using technology to improve patients’ lives & helping healthcare companies fulfill their potential.

Nadav brings 23 years of global, multi-segment general management experience. Nadav retired from Johnson & Johnson in January 2022, where he most recently served as Global President, Spine for DePuy Synthes Companies. Prior to this role Nadav was DePuy Synthes Spine’s Vice President of Global Strategic Marketing, where he developed and executed global business strategies, including business portfolio strategy and business development activity involving acquisitions, licensing, divestitures, and external partnerships.

Before this, Nadav held the role of Regional Vice President, EMEA for Johnson & Johnson’s Diabetes Care franchise. There he was responsible for J&J’s diabetes diagnostic and insulin delivery businesses, including all commercial activity for LifeScan and Animas in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier in his career, Nadav served as EMEA Vice President, Sales & Marketing, for Cordis & Biosense Webster, Johnson & Johnson’s cardiovascular franchise focused on pioneering less invasive treatments for cardiovascular disease.

Nadav also served as Director, International Market Development, EMEA for Depuy Synthes Companies, where he focused on strategy development and strategic alignment across the EMEA. Nadav currently serves as an independent director for Augmedics, an augmented reality surgical navigation company that aims to improve surgery outcomes with its cutting edge AR technologies. He also serves on the board of directors for Agada Medical and Vascular Graft Solutions, an Israeli medical device company focusing on the development and commercialization of innovative solutions to improve the outcome of bypass surgery.

Nadav holds a medical sciences degree from Ben Gurion University, an MBA from Bar Ilan University, and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
